Three Exciting Weeks to Choose From:

Week 1: July 13-17

Week 2: July 20-24

Week 3: July 27-31

Campers will receive guidance from experienced instructors, helping them build confidence and develop new skills in a supportive environment.

In addition to music, campers will participate in a variety of creative activities that encourage self-expression and creativity through different artistic forms.

Camp Details:

Ages: Kindergarten to grade six in the 2025/2026 school year (5- 12 years)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Early & Late Drop-off Available for a Fee)
Venue: St. Thomas Church (8 Military Rd)

Shallaway Summer Camp 2026 – Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our summer camp. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before May 31, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $35 administrative fee.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between June 1 and June 14, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the total camp fees.

• No Refunds: Cancellations made on or after June 15, 2026, are non-refundable, as program costs and staffing are finalized at this time.

• Illness or Emergency: In cases of documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, Shallaway may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

• Missed Days: Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed camp days due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Program Changes & Cancellations:

• Shallaway reserves the right to cancel a camp session due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• If a camp day is unexpectedly canceled due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Shallaway will make every effort to offer a make-up session or alternative arrangements.
